How to recreate this chord stab?

Hi,

I was wondering how I can get this classic chord sound you hear at the beginning on the analog four: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqFNzRaOEvE

Thanks!

that chord stab is basically the base waveform on the A4. Just clear a tracks sound and thats the sound, just play the chord.

This sounds like a simple one voice fake Chord for me. Quite easy to replicate:

Use two Oscillators. Tune the second Oscillator 7 Semitones up (or down) and let both use a Saw Wave. Thats it. You should have this Sound. If its still too thin, use the Suboscillator on the first! Oscillator and set it to Fith Mode. Now you should definitely have this “Chord”

Lots of House-“Chords” from the early days were made like this. Due to the lack of Voices. I like these kind of fake Chords on Pluck Sounds quite a lot. Wouldnt use them for a Lead or a Pad though

@anon64972012 Thanks i’ll check it out.
