Just got a new Digitakt and it only has 64 factory samples on the plus drive (A01 to A064).
Is that right?
These are sounds (presets), not samples.
But since this topic is already open: is there a way to somehow download a factory sample to a macbook? I want to analyze those single cycle waveforms.
You might be able to. Use the samples in a project/patterns and back that up using Transfer app. Then open/unzip up the back-up to reveal the samples? I’ve not tried this, but might work.
Thanks I have found the factory samples, I should have RTFM first.
Maybe it does on the Digitakt, but that certainly doesn’t work on the model:samples. Looks like they deliberately chose NOT to let you re-use the samples elsewhere.
Where did you find them? I have only 64 Sounds but Sample banks are empty on my mew machine!
Press the gear wheel button (the button above where it says Save Proj), scroll down to highlight samples and then press the YES button.
Ahh… I thought there are more sounds hidden somewhere in the Digitakt I thought Elektron packs Digitakt not just with samples but with lots of sound presets too!
This is because my Syntakt has more than 1000 presets in the banks A-H and I thought Digi must have tons of sounds too. But there are just some amount of samples in Drive+ and 64 sound presets only in sound Bank A and other banks are empty
Thanks for checking me.
