Any idea when I might expect a human to look at it?

IME can take a couple of weeks, sometimes a few days, probably depends on how busy they are.
I’m sure it will vary depending on how busy they are, but so far I’ve gotten replies within a few days.
Thanks! This is annoying me bcause it appears to be the return of a problem that I reported in the past and that they fixed. I’m wondering whether they missed something in the process of merging the Apple Silicon support.
I have sent a handful of support requests over the years that have never received a response.
