Help With Octatrack - Bricked Track Params, Weird Scene behavior

Hi,

I’m new to the octatrack ( been using it for a month or so ) and recently this problem started:

I can’t edit any params on audio tracks when scenes are muted. I can assign different effects but can’t change the individual parameters (Mix , Send etc).
The encoders turn, and there is a response on the screen but the the values won’t change.

I can tweak the params per scene (inverted graphics) BUT all sound is muted when either scene is lit. Even with new, blank scenes.

I can see the recorder input LEDS light up, but no sound is audible.
I’m using the DIR method to control midi synths with the OT.

Any ideas what setting is causing this behavior?

I am a little confused by the symptoms you described.

What do you have set for AUDIO CC OUT in your PROJECT > MIDI > CONTROL menu?

What settings do you have in the MIXER menu?

Tweaking Audio CC out settings did the trick.
Still trying to remember where everything is.
