Can this sound, so prevalent in techno be made using a mono synth or is it a cord stab? I’ve been trying to recreate it using my pro 3 but it never sounds quite right so I’m wondering if using my analog four in poly mode might be the answer?
I may be wrong, but the sound (excluding the drums/percussions) can be broken down into at least 3 components.
I would download the track from soundcloud. There is a break without any drum sounds. If you listen to it more closely, you might find out.
