A friend of a friend is playing in Praha at 9pm.
Trouble is: both the screen and the pads of his Rytm are left blank when he powers the machine on.
Can you help in any way ?

Difference is Test mode cannot be accessed.
It’s possibly a long shot, but is it definitely the right PSU being used … worth checking … vaguely recall folk mistakenly using OT PSUs on (possibly) the analogs and getting some functional shortcomings - some life, but not all happening
My first thought was a psu issue as well…but obviously could be something else.
They tried another PSU without much more success.
They managed to get some pads going mad, multicolor blinking.
OS is possibly pretty old.
They haven’t changed it in 5 years.
@LyingDalai I guess I should have said psu/power problem…again as an outside chance. I’m just imagining that this rytm travelled from somewhere else, maybe a different country and has always worked under this far away lands power. But when they bring it to Praha and maybe even specifically the home or outlet it’s plugged into, there’s a little less current and there’s not enough to give to elektron its juice. I’ve experienced these problems at least with other equipment…nice reason to have a power conditioner but again I’m just shooting from the hip here!
