Headphones: Audio Technica ATH-PRO5x vs Behringer hpx6000

looking for a pair of ear goggles to play live and preview with a moderate amount of detectable detail in perhaps a small or medium club with a pumping sound system.
hpx6000 have 50mm drivers, the Audio Technica pair have 40mm drivers… will this essentially be the deciding factor i wonder?

the incoming headphone signal would be arriving from - ideally - the Octatrack’s Headphone Output. Or if necessary send the OT cue output to a spare channel on the DJ mixer and then use the mixer’s cue output for a stronger signal to the headphones.

would prefer to use the OT’s headphone output.
Also: would it be very strange to buy the completely white version of the PRO5x? :joy:
a very bold and possibly subconsciously hipster fashion selection.

the hpx6000 headphones have 24ohm impedance, whereas the Pro5x have a 34ohm impedance … from what some quick searches have seemed to imply, the 24ohm will sound louder initially when the same volume strength of signal is fed to the two headphones.

but the 34ohm impedance means that a stronger signal may be accepted and maybe a louder result with no distortion in the headphones is possible.
