I’m lucky really, in as much as I’m young(ish), fit(ish) and immune enough that it’s pretty much just a heavy cold with an extra slice of knackered.

The knackered part really got me, too.
Couldn’t really do anything for days, no concentration.
Lungs weren’t too bad, thank god. And the vax I guess.

Yeah, it’s the first time I’ve had a confirmed case, but the symptoms are really similar to what I had right at the start of the first lockdown.
Been a while since my last vaccine shot, so the natural immunity boost will be welcome I suppose.
