Got some 3d-printed keycaps

My OT’s keycaps were gross in look/feel and occasionally would stick. WinstonsWork to the rescue!

I particularly like that I could get red record buttons. That’ll cut down my desire for an anniversary model.

Installation was straightforward. I used a guitar pick to pop off the old ones. The new ones fit great.

how do they feel ?

They feel good. The corners are nicely rounded so you can slide from key to key smoothly. I’m often clearing all 16 trigs in one swipe and these work well for that. Same clickiness that I expect from the device.

I forgot to mention that the knobs and slider are original. I guess they don’t make those.

What a nice thing to have when/if the button get sticky as a replacement. You could sell those.
Edit : hmm unless you already got it from a store :joy:

Yeah … i bought these on Etsy. Got the Digitone ones, too.
