Is it possible to slide/glide/portamento between notes on the digitakt?

No. You have to (ab)use the LFO to do that. It’s fiddly but feasible.

Could you give an example of how you would do that?

Place the two trigs you want to slide between, parameter lock trigger mode of the LFO to trig, shape to triangle, target to SRC tune, adjust LFO speed and depth (all on the 1st note) so that you get the desired sound, adjust AMP release of the first and attack of the second note for taste. Plock LFO depth to 0 on the second note. It’s fiddly and a workaround, but the only one I know. As you can plock LFO parameters you can reuse your LFO multiple times on one track.

EDIT: it probably makes more sense to use just one trig and use trigless trigs (or whatever they’re called these days) for the whole thing. So set trig for the first note, do the LFO thing as described above and plock LFO depth back to 0 once the pitch of the 2nd note is reached, at the same time use the trigless trig to plock tune or note to the desired pitch. Avoids having to get the AMP envelope right. I hope I’m making sense.
