For any youngsters out there - in the 70’s if the IRA were interviewed on tv , their faces were covered & their voices were replaced by actors due to broadcasting regulations & terrorism

Sinn Fein is a legitimate political party!

Yeah, I couldn’t say no when my mate had to pull out and offered me their ticket. I’m ashamed to say I haven’t listened to them really since Adrenaline and White Pony! Digital Bath was the first song of theirs I heard, it blew me away.

Yeah their early days are what many know them for. That said I feel compared to most of their peers, they’re really interesting when it comes to their newer music. The last album was fantastic, and their initial comeback material (Diamond eyes & Koi no yokan) are great. Ohms was a pandemic album and I’d love to have seen them tour that properly, but it sort of fell by the wayside a bit. Some of the tracks on that are up there with their very best. It’s all worth a listen tho.

Looking forward to checking back in to Glasto tonight. Mainly thinking Prodigy at this point and catching up on yesterday.

Haven’t watched yesterday’s sets yet and a big longtime charli fan so sure that’ll be great.

CMAT annoyed the life out of me until she won me over and I totally loved it and became a fan. Love when people put everything into a live performance.

Totally didn’t want to watch Alanis as I used to be a huge fan in my teens and thought her voice would be gone. She was in fact spectacular and loved the little intro segments from my beloved Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie album. She also put everything into it though she’s been doing it for decades. And the amount of great songs she’s got from her key three albums is quite a shock when you go back to many of the other songwriter sets and realise they haven’t got a single memorable melody.

Big Olivia Rodrigo fan and she was brilliant when I saw her in London last year so excited for tonight too.

That Fat Dog set was also intriguing if only for the mix of genres. It was like dub metal in points which is fun.

Gary numan - all the tracks sounded the same
And seemed to have far too many end sections to each track that repeated and repeated and repeated.
And his daughters sang on some tracks , neither of them had any stage presence.
They played an old track - so maybe they had 2 x different sounding tracks.

Pulp - I wouldn’t listen to them on purpose but they remind me of 90’s uk and Jarvis is a good frontman.

Neil young … not watching that.
