For anyone looking for proper Elektron Single cycle settings

The preset output settings from hardcore and softcore list the following:

Digitakt/Rytm/M:S : 48000 16bit 367 Samples
Octatrack: 44100 24bit 337 Samples
Monomachine: 44100 16bit 1024 samples

Using these settings when making single cycles should net you correct pitches.

The FM formula is simple, but the number of combinations is huge, so you can create many different wavetables.

Sampling frequency / Note = Length of single cycle waveform
48000 / 130.813Hz(C2 ) = 367 samples

How to convert Wavetables in Vital

One-frame size of Wavetables uploaded to WaveEdit Online is 256 samples.

Download Wavetales with WaveEdit Online.
Import Wavetables into Vital’s oscillator.
Change the Window Size of Wavetable to 256 in the editor.

Currently, WavetableBox is a product for Wavetable synthesizers.

If you are looking for Single cycle chords, I recommend Cycle Chord Pack, which is also available in free version.

How do I chop the chains up for OT?
Using OT auto slice doesnt work. Doing it manually is getting me no where. How long should each slice be given the samples are 16 bit 44.1khz.

I don’t own OT, so I can’t advise on editing OT samples.
Each of the Chord Samples is 5394 samples long.

If you tell me how many sample chains are suitable for OT, I can create sample chains for OT.

Your OT sample chains have 40 chords in the chain. OT will only auto slice 2,4,8,12,16,32,48,56,64.
64 seems like a good option. If it can be done?

I added 8 slice spaces to Chord Chain.

I think it can be used in slice 48.
If this sample is ok to use, I will upload all the files.
