Well, I either underestimated my laptop or overestimated how much performance impact Visco would have… It runs amazingly smooth and loaded 10x instances (which is not a very realistic situation) and it kept performing great and at max my CPU was 24%.
I noticed a little increase when playing around with the blob, but very minimal and also not something that would impact daily use.

Edit: I will eventually upgrade to a newer laptop. Just waiting for the EU battery regulations to kick in so MacBook batteries will become easier to replace(hopefully)
