FM-ish examples

^^ definitely bringing things into Monomachine territory here.
:+1:

I have another A4 on its way. I think this is going to be my 4th time having one, and it’s all because of this new LFO feature.

Wow what a great read! The example of someone being strangled (carrier signal) and shaken (effect signal) completely opened my eyes to the relationship the oscillators share.

Thanks! Time for more fun :alien:

Great sound designing Simon!!!
looking forward to a soundpack.

May I ask if on Detroitish example the pad in the back is A4 as well?

Thanks

Everything is A4 straight out of the box in all of the examples posted.

Nice!!!
really impressive… please share some of your knowledge!

thanks

Had a quick play just…

Just a 1 bar loop 1 track with acid FM thing and 1 with a kick.

Can’t wait for the tutorials! I have stumbled upon some usable sounds but it was dumb luck I think.

Nice fm-bass preset made by Superfake (member of Russian community soundmechanics.ru).

Tip: Try to set overdrive parameter on filter page to +64 – it adds additional low end. Also play with speed multipliyer (512, 1k, 2k) and FM1 depth on LFO page.

This is why you all should support Cuckoo on Patreon

I’m gonna be super excited when you drop your Octa live looping tutorial, dude. Thanks for all you do.

ladies and gentlemen, I just gotta say SO MUCH WOW ON THIS THREAD!!! Amazing sounds!

We should compile some of the techniques being used and create a master list of things to experiment with!
