Firmware upgrade

HI

I try to upgrade the Analog FOUR MKI firmware. In the pdf manual downloaded from the internet it says : Send the SysEx firmware file to the Analog Four either using the MIDI In Port or the USB MIDI
In Port.

Ok, could someone be more precise when writing a manual?
How can a sysex file be sent to the machine over USB cable?
In My Computer I cannot see any drive to drop down the sysex file.
So I have no clue if there is a different software to do this or what?
I use the latest WIN 10 64 bits. It detects the Analog 4 and install the driver when I plugin the USB cable but other than that nothing happens. It is a mistery for me how to send the sysex file to the machine.

Read further down the page of instructions:

To transfer the SysEx file we recommend using C6 - SysEx Tool by Elektron.

Go to the support page for the A4MKI and get the program called C6 SysEx Manager:

Yep, and @PeterHanes mentioned: the instructions in the release notes are precise. You just need to read at least the first page completely and not stop short after the first sentences …

in Sysex app, be sure to click on “Config” and in midi in/out set your A4. then load your file into sysex window. on a4 press setting button (save project) and scroll down to “sysex dump” and then sysex receive
