You have been visited by an alien, or if you live in more of a fantasy rather than sci-fi realm, you’ve meet someone/thing in Dreamland.
They (could be plural) perform some of their music for you. Describe the music, and the instruments they use. Extra points if you describe them. I imagine more than a few will be using some strange magical or technologic devices.

The strangest thing with the music was that the sound waves didn’t use air to travell but seem to have my own centre as origin. Like if my body and bones where used as transducer. It didn’t sound like music as where the pattern of silence and sound make up a beat. Another dimension and much wider range was used. The whole wavelength spectrum what we humans usually experience as cold, warm, light and sound was used as music. Sadly the alien disappeared the moment i asked it’s point of view on digital vs analog
Aliens ear different frequencies than us, so I can’t ear their music. But the frequencies of their instruments change the frequency of light on earth, so for me their music is a rithmic mutation of the colours of the objects around me.
