Faderfox EC4 value jumps with Digitone 2

Hi guys. I’m setting up a faderfox EC4 to control digitone 2 but using absolute mode I’m getting value jumps when changing patterns and turning a knob on EC4 (which has the encoder set to absolute mode). I tried both available relative modes but they are “stuck” and don’t allow changing a parameter on DN2. Is there any way to avoid parameter jumps?

The same problem, when you first rotate the encoder, for example, to increase the value, it resets it to zero and then only starts adding from zero… if you set acceleration, this effect is less noticeable.

I tried all possible settings and still couldn’t get Faderfox to read the values ​​before sending a command to change them.

But if you connect, for example, Digitakt and Digiton and try to change the parameters from any of them via CC messages, you will get the same jumps in values. Apparently, the problem is not in FaderFox, but in Elektron.
