I’m thinking about replacing my A4 with a Rytm, since I only use A4 for drums anyway.
However I can’t do without the two CV sequencing channels. Does the Rytm have these like the A4? Or at least two Midi Channels?
Also who is currently shipping the Rytm in the USA?
The AR has neither midi or cv sequencing. I’m not aware of any retailers who have them yet. Best to check around and get on a waiting list.

Yeah it’s been a sore point with a lot of members so far. I have the OT so it’s not really an issue for me.
I have an octatrack too, but compared to the A4 it’s a pain to program the sequencer. Also I can’t figure out how to mute the midi channels at the same time as the sampler channels, so I haven’t been using them.
Just hit the Mixer button! You have dedicated mutes for audio 1-8 and midi 9-16 on the trig buttons.
^ Or quick mute if you want param to still be available. Page 84 in the manual.

The Rytm is such an amazing machine , i love it but its such a shame it can’t do it!.. hoping they release it in a later OS… it seems possible because i can control my DSI synth notes with the RYTMs chromatic mode, it just seems silly that it cant sequence other things! would be such a big selling point to others that were interested in the RYTM if it was available
Has anyone tried sending a sampled trigger signal through the individual outs?
Prior to releasing the Rytm , they had said that they wouldn’t have external sequencing. Glaringly stupid omission on their part imo.
So only the octatrack has midimachines and Can have different track lengths ( for polyrhyhmic stuff).
Oh I would midi machines for the rytm!
