Just got an email about this, so sharing.

Apologies if it’s been posted already.

I was hoping for something like this when they took hexinverter under their wing.

Sounds decent, like an AVP drum machine, but with a better sequencer. Hopefully that’s the same compressor they put on the perkons, cos that slaps.

If it’s priced well it’ll fly off the shelves.

Sameee, sounds nice and gritty.

I didn’t even put two and two together about the possiblity of combining the Hexinverter modules.

This thing should fly off the shelves.

I can’t see the back panel anywhere, so I wonder if there are any analog trigger in/out options? Would be a nice bonus if so.

Erica S is innovative these days, Whooooooo i don’t want a T’twerk anymore.

Feels like a machine designed to produce Death grips beats. Which is nice.

When I was a eurorack guy I had some of the Hexinverter drum modules and they were my absolute favourite drum sounds.

Damn. I have no time for this right now! :fire:

More like ApHexdrums…

Looks very interesting, though I am broke so it just a lovely drum machine I won’t have for a bit… can’t wait to see more about it from superbooth!

Looks great. I wonder what the price will be?

I am in the market for a very knobby drum machine (more than 3 knobs per drum-I want to really sculpt the sound not just pan it!).
And I have been looking at and half-lusting after the Vermona DRM1. All the other drum machines I liked are no longer made.

Then this!
This might just win. I had been waiting until Superbooth before I pulled the trigger. But I doubt it will be less than £1000, so it might still be the Vermona.

But a huge plus for the Hexdrums-It does not waste any voices on toms. Toms only exist to give the drummer some variety-once a machine is doing the work, it does not get so bored.

Nice! If this is as hands-on and intuitive as the HD-01, then my Perkons will be getting this as a little brother at some point.
