Hello All!

So I have checked into my flight cost etc.
I will cover 1/2 my own flight because I am coming from the states and this is such a new project.
I would need $500 to cover the other 1/2 of my flight.

Ok, so this works out to be €450, £320.

Its great to see someone prepared to go to this much effort to attend and play at the event! :astonished: :+1:

This will now go into the CF target. We are splitting the U.S. fare at this stage as EU fares will be considerably cheaper.

If we go over the target we will look at reimbursing the remainder of the fare from the U.S.

So, £180 + £320 gives £500/€715/$775 so far.

€ & $ figures are approximate.

Hotel fees: I think £100 per artist is pretty fair.

http://myhotels.com/brighton/ is supposed to be good.

There’s quite a few others. There will also be internal fares in the U.K. such as train or bus from the airport. Once in Brighton the venue (and the hotel) is within walking distance.

Again, if we go over the CF target we will look at the exact costs for each artist and reimburse as far as we are able

I checked some flights from milan to gatwick and the cheaper now is about 190 euro

Cool, that is around £130, so not really that much!

So:

Lofi Freq: £320 flight, £100 hotel, Heathrow - Brighton coach return £18.30

Total: £438.30 (£440 rounded up).

Frank Found: £150 flight (I’ll up this a bit to be sure), £100 hotel, Gatwick - Brighton coach return £8.00

Total: £258 (£230 rounded up).

Total so far: £670 and not too much more to add!

I am very excited. I am building some special songs and tricks to show off live

:+1:

Lets hope we smash the CF target and get our 'international rave association’ off the ground! :joy:

hey my costs are the following

flight: 171 sfr
hotel: 217 sfr
total: 389 sfr = 367 Euro

Glad to be part of this event and to see some known and new faces

Hi folks,

Once again I would like to say that I’m very happy that I can be part of that event.
I already can’t wait!!!

Train from London is about 30 £ and hotel probably about 100 £ that’s it I think.

Great to see the enthusiasm that artists and musicians have for the project!

Ok, we are nearing our actual target.

So far:

Lofi Freq: £320 flight, £100 hotel, Heathrow - Brighton coach return £18.30

Total: £438.30 (£440 rounded up).

Frank Found: £150 flight (I’ll up this a bit to be sure), £100 hotel, Gatwick - Brighton coach return £8.00

Total: £258 (£230 rounded up)

Monochord: €376/£257 + return coach fare from Gatwich £8

Total: £265 (round enough)

Molah: £30 train/coach from London, £100 hotel.

Total: £130

Total CF target so far: £1065

As Calc and myself are both based in Brighton we will not require any funding as we are both more than happy to play for free for this event.

Dataline is looking into filming/recording the event for elektron so he may not need any financial assistance via the CF project. If this is the case we have our total, which is not the biggest CF target I’ve ever seen!

I’m actually considering moving there, now I only need someone to give me a job there…

Yep

Hometown gig for me too so no moolah required, just happy to break out the machines.

This is going to be ACE!

Has Cuckoo been invited? would love to see that chap play

Ha ha… that’s the spirit!

Its not an invite type event.

The acts who wanted to be part of it, and play at the event, have put forward their music and been added to the line up.

The line up for the first event is already a bit too full! :astonished:

ah i see.

I have now heard back from http://www.corsicastudios.com/. They say that it is possible to do the weekend daytime event in London…

Mmm, that’s tricky… As it doesn’t really alter artist costs I have to put it out to the group. We can have more acts, talks, demo’s etc at CS but it will be a significantly higher CF target.

However we can look at talks on overbridge with Cenk, Octaedit with Rusty, as well as a few others.

It is the CF target that needs to be thought of as it will jump from near £1100 to somewhere nearer £3k…

Maybe look to do the CS all day event next year?

Thoughts?
