Elektron Heat will not work in Ableton since update

As title says, I can not get the plugin to work in Ableton (10.1.5). I’m still on Mojave (10.14.6) and I’m running 1.20 on the heat and 2.0.24.11 on Overbridge. To make things more confusing, it works perfectly fine in Logic with the AU. In ableton however, no waves forms show up / nor does it process the sound at all on both the AU and VST. I submitted a ticket to support about 3 weeks ago and no one got back to me so hoping someone can help me here!

Following as I have the same issue and similar configuration. The plugin works fine in Reaper but in Ableton I have the same symptoms as you.

I managed to fix my problem like this :
My sample rate was set too high (2048 as I was doing a big mix) lowered it back to 512 samples in Ableton and the machine now works like a charm.

I have the same problem although I’m on Sierra, changing the buffer did didn’t seem to change anything
