Not really hard… it’s a Raw sound in the Bass/Mid department, sweep with filter… and he play a lot with how the ENV or LFO affect the opening and then the closing of the filter cutoff. But you may need external processing for the distortion part. (maybe a Distortion pedal can help)
But you can try that. Looking for the most RAW sound (i would go with SAW) Maybe Too SAW detuned a bit, maybe a little bit of Noise, then you Dirty the Tone with Overdrive, maybe FM’ish the Sound with LFO FM behavior… You can try AM… and Sync configuration between OSC.
When you have this Buzzy and Dirty sound it’s all about Enveloppes and LFO then.

Look how to make in Sound Synthesis FX Electricity Noise and try to mix those two ingredients 
it’s just a SAW BUZZ well design but not that difficult…
There’s not so much very low-end so there’s probably Resonance as well
