West coast: milk → folding → some churn → more folding → churn → divide across the scones → spread

I eat butter by the metric ton and I have very low cholesterol and I’m not overweight. For some reason people in the US think butter makes people fat, I guess the TV told them

I’m guessing a lot of you have heard of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, but have any of you ever had own-brand I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter? Well, I can’t believe the stuff that is not I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter is not I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. And I can’t believe that both I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and the stuff that I can’t believe is not I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter are both, in fact, not butter. And I believe… they both might be butter… in a cunning disguise. And, in fact, there’s a lot more butter around than we all thought there was.
