Tracks 1 and 3 Digitone
Track 2 is a sort of generative thing using VCV Rack
Tracks 4 and 5 are samples of older work made in Logic and then running through a few sample player modules, filters and effects in VCV Rack
Marking a point in learning the Digitone where I feel like I pulled several techniques into a coherent thing. As a foundation to build on, I’m really excited by this.
59 minute live set from Masaaki Haga, told me he used just Digitone.
Digitone + Vahalla Shimmer
I should be playing with my new Syntakt, but ended up playing around with some spacious electro beats on my Digitone instead.
Single take, all Digitone apart from some compression in Live.
I’m in love
Do your 'Digitone Curses’ pack include these sounds? Or have some tuts in Patreon? You nailed those Gabber sounds and can’t figure out how.
Awwww, thank you!
The “Curses” do actually include those!
...
(I have an exclusive video series on my Patreon called “from init to infernal”, but so far it’s mainly Syntakt, Analog Four, Digitakt and Hydrasynth…)
btw., did you see this one ![]()
0:10 incoming sound is mindblowing -almost jumped off the chair- I stopped making hardcore tunes long ago but your videos gave me the urge to make noise again haha
Also, it’s not easy to find someone using Elektron’s for hard stuff and giving resources.
(I got a DT and A4 too so I’ll bookmark your Patreon to give them a look).
Thanks!!
i already posted this in another thread but think this suits in here as well. i made a mini ep solely on the digitone.
111.1 BPM
Dbm Key
STBB entry for the week, made with Digitakt
and Digitone, recorded with Zoom H6
Digitakt and digitone only!
One take with digitakt going through tascam porta pro for some light saturation and eq. Digitone goes directly in to audient id44mk2. UAD studer and some Pulteq doing its magic on the master!
The arrangement is purely improvised and isn’t perfect but the vibe is nice! Enjoy!
Great as always.
I’m not sure I fully understand the procedure here, but it sure sounds nice
What a find!
It has a Campfires meets Silent Hill 2 feel for sure, and such a massive amount of work to do all that as well, impressive.
SOPHIE’s Monomachine inspired sounds on my Digitone featured in this track and others.
I’m working on new stuff. This is recorded straight from the Digitone, using USB, no post processing.
This synth is just so much powerful than Syntakt (I’m trolling but I believe it
)
It’s still a single Digitone but this time processed by AH+FX
