Digitone - assigning 4 voices to only two tracks

If using only two tracks at a time, I wanted to assign 4 voices to each track, where do I do this? I was looking under the voice menu and didn’t see this.

Within the Voice Menu, set the Locked Voices to 4 on each track. Unless I’m misunderstanding the question.
