Digitone Arp returns to Default settings and turns off when loading a new Sound to a Track

Digitone Arp returns to Default settings and turns off when loading a new Sound to a Track that already has an Arp on it. I want to know if it’s a normal behavior? Is it possible to load a new Sound to a Track and keep the Arp settings that I have programmed?

My guess would be that the new loaded Sound wasn’t created with an Arp?

As far as I know, arp settings are saved to sounds thus switching sound is going to reset the arp page. You can, however, copy the arp settings and paste them to a new sound.

ARP is part of the track not the sound if it’s like A4 fwiw - but reading the title again this is clearly a different issue

So if you save a Sound to the Sound Pool the Arp settings won’t be saved?

That was a stupid question cause there are Sounds that have Arp.

This is correct.

From the manual:

9.5 ARPEGGIATOR MENU
The ARPEGGIATOR menu controls the Sounds arpeggiator. The arpeggiator settings are part of the Sound and saved together with the Sound.
