hey, currently i have a similar problem. in my case it’s 5, 13, left arrow and FX buttons (FX is oddly far, 5-13 and left arrow is definitely on the same pcb line tho). i also did test them with multimeter and in my case each individual button responds as functional as well. again OS reflashing/factory reset did not change anything. were you able to resolve this? or sending it repairs is the only feasible solution?
