Does anyone know how can I make a 303 style tie/glide to a second pitch using DT´s midi track to control a synth?

Maybe try a lfo to pitch
this or using a sample with a glide is probably the closest we have right now
I can recommend the acid pack by elastic membrane for the rytm. Should work on the digitakt
