Digitakt - move through sample in 16ths?

Evening All,

So I’m aware of the following, any sample loaded into the Digitakt has a length of 120. So, for arguments sake if I load a 4 bar loop (64 steps) this means a 16th note is 1.875 in length.

Is it possible, or a button combination to scroll through the sample in 16th increments? Eg - 0-1.875-3.75-5.625-7.5 etc - so making drum break chopping easier after something has the start times quantised and imported?

I’m away from my Digitakt @ mo - and just thinking about workflow stuff, so feel free to shout RTFM if it’s already a thing.

If not, it would be very, very useful to have the start time be able to automatically ‘skip’ through the loop according to the setting…hope that makes sense.

Cheers,

unfortunately not. it still baffles me why they decided to use 120 instead of 128.

Thanks, bangs head on desk - would be a nice feature - something for the request thread? Guess I’ll print out an excel table for 8ths and 16ths - and carry that around in my note-book. Keeping it old-school.
