Digitakt isn't playing Pattern Chain

Hey guys…

I tryed a lot. But my Digitakt isn’t playing Chains…

Here is why it is awkward:

I type in the Chain… for instance Pattern 1 - 2- 3- 4 then I press play. My Digitakt is saying “playing chain” After it played Pattern 1 it moves on to pattern 2 but won’t go to pattern 3… instead it just keeps playing pattern 2. Sometimes it just didn’t get to pattern 2… and stays at pattern 1.

I do not have unusual page length/or scales and all the tracks 1-8 in patterns 1 to 4 are set by default to pattern length and not by track.

if I try to do the same in the preset bank everything is working normal…

I really don’t know what I am doing wrong…

Is the Digitakt sending or receiving midi? I find I get strange things like this on my Digitone which is receiving midi clock from Digitakt. Sometimes patterns wont change, pattern copy/paste wont work, etc. Unless I double tap stop on the Digitakt to reset the clock.

Check the MLEN of the patterns. If they’re set really high or INF the pattern won’t change over for ages or forever
