Digitakt II & Digitone II OS 1.10

Haven’t tested yet, but I think that might refer to how DN1/DT1 presets/projects imported into DN2/DT2 were not able to be exported back to PC after their import? I think they said they weren’t going to fix that though and that the solution was to resave the preset/project within DN2/DT2. If that refers to this then that’s a nice bonus fix.

Very cool update! My OG DN looking scared on the desk!

Patience? I don’t have time for that!

Sorry if this is a stupid question - but where can I find these separate audio tracks?

Ableton, logic , bitwig

If your new to overbridge I’d suggest reading a few of the digitakt2 overbridge threads … it’s likely to be the same

Both for setting up your daw but also the options you need to tweak on the device itself.

The standalone app is handy for sound creation , sound pool stuff … click on the other apps and you’ll get an idea of what they offer .

Really loving the new chord mode implementation.

Guess I gotta find a new use for this Launchkey mk4 I bought specifically for creative chord mode. It offers Poly AT and velocity on the chord pads but just using the box is alot more fun :star_struck:!

That didn’t last long.

That might meet the criteria for being the longest list of changes ever seen in history. At least as far as my humble existence here is concerned. Stunning!

What application do you see for P-Lock a whole track’s trigs parameter ?

Makes edits across multiple trigs much faster and efficient. Both demos from Ricky in the new 1.10 release videos highlight this really well. Pretty crazy IMO how these devices continue to evolve for rapid fire creation with minimal user interaction.

You can think of it as CTRL-ALL on the trig level rather than the track level.

Didn’t saw any video yet as I’m at work, but how would p locking all trigs different than not p locking them all for that parameter and just changing its default (not p locked) value? Or does it allows for selecting the trigs in affected ? Well I’ll just look at the video

seems like in the video he’s editing the active trigs and then putting new trigs with the sound not edited to add variation

If you have a Model series or MK1 digi you’ve backed the wrong horse.
