I´m trying to build a small set up with Digitakt, Analog Four and Keystep. I have tried everything to get them running together in a right way, but I can´t handle that without your help.
I have set Digitakts sample tracks to Midi 1- 8, A4 Tracks to Midi 9 – 12, auto channel 14.
The plan is to play either one Digitakt or one A4 track with the Keystep. The Keystep is lacking of an Midi Thru Port, so I have also changed the Midi In Port to function as a Midi Thru. Every connection I have tried failed. I only get to play one of them with the keystep.
Also, when I choose the individual Midi channel on the keystep then I can play the track sound but can´t enter note values in grit recording mode. This is only possible by using the auto channel, why?
When I use the Metronom oft he A4 with a preroll of for example 2 bars, the Digitakt start immediatly even so the A4 is waiting correctly the 2 bars before starting. How can I solve this problem?
