Hi,
I want to create a support tickert because my Digitone buttons have become sticky.
To contact support I need to create an account.
When I try to create an account it says “An error occurred. If the error persists, please contact support.”
So far, so Kafkaesque. Anyone else had this issue or know if there is some broader issue with the website?

They were having some issues with device registration, maybe it extends to account registration as well.
There’s a topic with some information here:
I think that they have a couple of active email addresses which you might be able to use in order to try reaching out to them.
I believe that both support@elektron.se and usercare@elektron.se are currently active email addresses but you’d have to try it out.

i tried to register my Account but i get an Error message as well. Sent the Support an Email which i hope they will read on Monday as i have issues with my DIgitakt 2
Hey, what’s going on with your Digitakt 2? We’re just a user’s forum but if it’s something that isn’t a problem with the physical hardware maybe someone can help out.
Otherwise, I expect it will definitely be after the weekend before you get a response but elektron are usually pretty good with following up on support contacts.
Unfortunately it is suffering from the known Screen issue where stripes are being displayed on the screen
