So I managed to delete and move a lot of samples on my +drive and I did not realize it will break all projects that use those samples, because the slot numbers have changed. Is there any way to revert it back? Or do I need to assign the samples all, one by one, manually in all the projects?

If I’m not mistaken, there is some sort of hashtag system for the samples. So if you import the same exact samples to the +drive, they should be assigned automatically
As @anokah said, if you simple transfer the samples back to the +Drive, the sample slots in the projects will all “hook back up” correctly… However, you need to keep this in mind:
For this to work, you must transfer exactly the same sample. It doesn’t matter if the name has changed, and it doesn’t matter if you use the same folder structure or not… only the samples themselves must be the same.
A thing to be aware of is this: The AR is expecting 48kHz, 16bit, mono samples. If your source samples on your computer are at all different, they would have been converted on the fly as you transferred them with either Transfer or elk-herd. In this scenario, you should use the same program to transfer them again, so that the conversion will be the same, resulting in the identical samples the AR needs to see for the hook up to work.
