Delay & reverb

I think it’s important to not recommend these hacks to a guy who just got his ot two days ago and is still getting lost putting samples in slots.

Probably wiser, but I usually like to tell what is possible with OT, even if it’s not beginner friendly. OT was my first Elektron, very unusual workflow compared to Roland MCs (before 707) or MPCs (before Live). I felt very frustrated at first, and didn’t know about Elektronauts! I wish I could read about certain tricks here! I had to find workarounds by myself at first. I think it’s important to know OT is a limited machine full of workarounds! :pl:

@mk2 you seem motivated, beware of burn out! Take it easy before saturation! :+1:
I needed a break after 3 weeks on it, and then it became like a revelation!

Not sure to understand but you can trig the slices via MIDI.

In the Midi options there’s a choice between standard/follow tm/map track.
I always set on the latter and it allows the OT to retain which mode to use for each track. You define it by selecting a track and MIDI+Up arrow.

Latest OS (1.40-1.40A)

Added support for triggering trig modes on audio tracks via MIDI. To enable this, set AUDIO NOTE IN in MIDI CONTROL to either FOLLOW TM or MAP/TRACK.
