This Finnish company is renowned for their bass guitar pedals. Has anybody here tried to pair those pedals with synths?
If yes, did you go through a reamper?
Yeah. I have the alpha omega on loan from a friend. I’ve tried it with a couple of synths (pro 3, evolver, reface cs and yc). I’ve tried it both with and without a reamp box.
It sounds good but not good enough for what it costs for that use case (for me). To be fair I haven’t done detailed testing, just playing. Sounds great on bass guitar but I’m not blown away by it there either. I have other ods and fuzzes and preamps I like more and they’re all cheaper.

i have a b3k clone that i built myself ages ago and it sounds absoultely shit on synths. same goes for guitar. i think these are really just built for electric basses.
