So I borrowed my partners Model:Cycles while she was out being a rock star, and pretty blown away by this box. Really amazing.
Iāve only scratched the surface, but can already hear how good sounding the circuit is. Canāt wait to dig in more.

I had the same idea about sampling Quake 1 sounds into the rytm but the steam version is Windows only and I donāt really have any windows machines anymore

You should be able to find some program to extract the pak files within the folder of the game. There you can find all the sounds! The pak files behave pretty much like a zip folder, you can try this program: PakExplorer | Valve Developer Union
If youāre on Mac, you could try to run it with wine.
