I just sent in a defective AHfx. The mail order company (rightly) complained about a missing USB cable.
Because this is tangled up in my cable chaos, I discussed with the hotline last week that I would simply send the new cable back. After receiving the replacement device.
Today I received an email saying that they wouldn’t send me the replacement device until I sent in the old cable.
Not a problem, just annoying.
(Also because the shop has made €20,000 from me over the last few years).
Solution: I ordered a new cable from this shop. With the name of the clerk and the shop address as the delivery address.
Please keep your fingers crossed for me that it works.
I have to add that the store (here in Germany) has been extremely nice so far.
I have only had good experiences in the last few years.
