Heyo, I am trying to backup all my projects on my digitakt1 and am running into an error message related to a specific sample pack I have on the machine. Every project with this particular folder in use fails to copy a backup from the takt to my computer and the error message reads “could not create file for sample at” and then a destination that is on my computer. I am not super computer smart so apologies if this is silly, but I can’t find any info anywhere and would really like to backup my projects so I can have a clean slate of samples on my takt. Thanks in advance !

I think you’re able to select a different destination / location to store the backup, did you try that? Otherwise, I can’t really think of anything which would cause that issue if the location exists and the files aren’t corrupt on the device.
You might need to submit a support ticket to elektron.
