Copy and pasting patterns / cant change the sound

im still learing the a4 do go easy;)…

for instance…i create a a pattern on a1 and paste the pattern to a2 and change the sound on a2(i change the wave shape and filter settings) BUT when i change back to a1 the changes i have made on a2 go to pattern a1

basically i want to know how to lock the settings on each pattern?

Save a Kit for that pattern. The kit is associated with each pattern.
