I like ketchup on my burgers and hot dogs. Tasty in Kraft Dinner (garbage Mac and cheese stuff from Canada.). Also, pretty tasty on scrambled eggs. Not sure where I picked it up from but recently started doing it again.

Habanero hot sauce on eggs is super tasty.

Not if you mix two parts of ketchup with two parts of mayonaise and one part of sriracha.

My goto burger sauce.

Since I am Dutch, I prove Vince Vega right and drown everything in mayonaise. But the combination of mayonaise and peanut sauce is really top notch for fries. Some Dutch people even throw raw onions on top of that, but that differs from town to town.

Picked up some garlic mayonnaise at the supermarket today. Think it will go well with sriracha.

Yeah! Especially on salmon or red meat!

(Or mixed with mayonaise on a toast with smoked salmon )

I don’t have it as often since I stopped eating meat but quite good mixed with fresh rosemary into mashed potatoes.

Does kimchi count as a condiment? Rather partial to some Eaten Alive raw kimchi.

I like sambal oelek, great flavor if you like chili anything.

When I traveled in the US, years ago, I really fell in love with this one. Unfortunately nowhere to be found in Europe.

Google begs to differ:

In Korea, kimchi is served with almost every meal. It is used as both a side dish and a condiment . With its complex flavours and spiciness, it will enhance any dull dish. Beware, once you have tasted kimchi, it is easy to get hooked!

Absolutely not. I suppose you’re going to try and tell me that a hot dog is a sandwich too.

If you like oelek, you’ll love sambal brandal or sambal badjak! Less heat, but much deeper flavour. Work excellent in stir fries.

Mixed with mayo for fries or beef is top.

I also like the kick in the nose of wasabi. I mix it with my soya sauce when eating sushis.
