Compactflash pins not aligned / card error / octa frozen

Is this normal ?

While not pushing/entering the card entirely I m able to construct but not to save.
Fully insterted the Octa is frozen.

What is deffect ? Octa reader or the card ?
I can read/write the card with external usb card reader.

Please help.

If the card is OK with an external card reader, then the problem is most likely with the OT.

Make a support ticket on Elektron’s website and they will advise you.
