The Commodore 64 is back!
It was my first computer and after losing it years ago, I wanted another so glad it is being made again.

They all say this, every model:
I would read that as: the hardware has chip sockets so it is possible to add real SID chips if you have some, but that it does not include them.
When you are buying something which already includes a feature, they don’t use the language “add” to describe it. That’s usually marketing department code for “bring your own”.
