are those 1 to 8 numbers above the pattern page numbers… so it would have 128 step sequencer? if so… it is becoming increasingly & terribly attractive ![]()
Loving the unintentional highly sophisticated broken beat rhythms at 4:02.
My first keyboard (possibly first music device of any kind) was a Casio. They’ve made a lot of cool consumer-oriented electronic music gear.
Must be the worst demo video I’ve seen in a while. What a relief when the guy hits Stop near the end.
Ich lieb’ dich nicht, du liebst mich nicht, ah-ha
Just in case you aren’t aware , the sp404 mk4 has Koala integration
any information on release? this year next year?
Yes please ![]()
yeah I tried it, but not a huge fan of it. The closest would be a SP which I owned but the Koala is just so much intuitive and has a better sequenceer.
The fact you have them cleaned up and in such pristine condition has me skeptical that you aren’t a time traveler. The 80s and 90s alone should have made these beige-ish from cigarette smoke and stock-market-crash-tears.
But that 7-7-7 is legit.
Please proceed to gingerly press the buttons while they struggle to stay press-y.
If this thing has a good, quick solution for automation - parameter locks ideally, it seems like a certified hit. Maybe you could assign a parameter to each wheel which could then be motion recd/parameter locked?
I’m finding this pretty much irresistible and I don’t need it at all. I love the styling and with 64GB of memory the possibilities seem vast. These will sell by the shipload.
Frankly I was very surprised when he said audio over USB. Not a very toy-like feature.
Any news of this coming out?
Pre-orders are now open in Japan.
The release date appears to be May 28.
If it’s £99 then I’ll take a look
Has there been any indication of price?
So coming in above the P6 but under the KOII.
Lots of good optoins in the Sampling space at the moment.
