Owning an OT has been a wild ride i really love it for its midi capability and the amazing sequencer, how ever affter a few days of not turning it on, I notice the input C light starting flickering even tho I have never ever used the input not once since I purchased the machine Im afraid this thing its going to fail on me anytime
have any of you guys experience any of this?? should I send it in for repair? what should I do :s???
Bump?
Do you have audio going to A & B? If so, are the levels very high? Some folks have reported bleedthrough to other inputs.
The other thing to try is to take a cable and plug and unplug it in the C and D inputs a few times. They may be some oxidation or other intermittent issues causing it to register a signal.
I tried the in and out to clean any rust, I guess I have to send it in for repair, thanks for your help
The live inputs can be cued as well…press cue+record a/b (or cd) to cue or uncue the live inputs.
I don’ t know if this wil solve it or make any difference, but try it before sending it back.

Have you tried creating a brand new project ?
Have you tried running a full factory reset (hold function while powering up)
Would be advisable to check you haven’t inadvertantly ticked an option somewhere causing these issues
Thanks for all of the suggestions it seems to be a hardware problem since it goes away after a few minutes of the machine being on , if I could only get the USA office to return or reply to my email
