Hey,
Is there a way to have a better visualisation of the sample in the slice window?
I can’t have a better view as this:
Hey @North do you mean specifically the waveform visualization? Does it look better when you zoom in/out? I can try to force it to always show the detailed view rather than the blocky ‘arcade’ style view
Is there a Windows version?
That’s what I’m wondering… ![]()
Yo @fffiiissshhh, yeah, as the file is way larger the waveform is not helpful when it’s zoomed at max as you can see on my screenshot. Very difficult to see where the transients starts.
The waveform is ok when the slice is populated to a subtrack as it only show the slice but before it is a kind a PITA.
Interesting case thanks. So it’s a really long slice chain where zooming in doesn’t work as well as on shorter files? That should be an easy fix. I’ll look into it!
No windows version yet but if there are enough windows users interested in buying Bonk Pro I’d be willing to give porting it a shot;)
Yes, windows, please!!!
I’m also very interested in the windows version. Autosampling seems perfect. Can you have the program on two computers?
Yes, a pro license is redeemable on up to two computers ![]()
Fixed
- Slicer waveform no longer renders blocky at maximum zoom on large files — zoomed-in view now shows detail at all zoom levels, making it easier to place slice markers precisely on transients.
Thanks to @north for the report - and please test when you get a chance, if it still doesn’t work on your end, send another bug report with log and I’ll investigate.
Ah nice, Just sliced a kit in a eye blink. Makes it super easy.
Hope your not too sad on leting go the arcade layout of the waveform.
thanks
Form should follow function, right? ![]()
Ideally having both is great, but i mean, if we’re talking about transients, precision is the name of the game.
crash. on 1.3.4
i dragged a sample onto subtrak5
clicked slice (by transient) to 16
clicked on detect bpm.
BOOM
arrrgh! please try to replicate and send a log (if you havent already) and i’ll look into it immediately - thanks
i was able to replicate the crash, investigating…
Fixed.
BONK 1.3.5 is now live ![]()
Thanks for the report @re5et !
Hello, this may be the solution I’m looking for, looks awesome!
I’m looking to multi-sample plugins and hardware, does this offer that as well as the subtrack option?
Thanks
FEEEEESSSSHHHH!!! (My 14 year old son caught the fishing bug so I enjoy yelling this every time we drive past a body of water…)
I understand your roadmap includes a Windows release in the future. Any info on likely timeframe? Will there be an early adopter price on the Windows version as well?
hello UP for a windows version pleazzzzzzzz ! i will buy it for sure
