Definitely a touchscreen device. Thought that it the first video too. Now it’s near enough confirmed unless they love red herrings. Would love to see them ruin the MPC Live by halving the price and doubling the features
Behringer
Defo has a bang o all-in-1 audio workstation touchscreen daw in a box type thingy
Yeah seriously tho I bet it’s a combination of their XR series mixers (with updated software) integrated with an iPad-style interface. Actually a great idea.
Nice idea but doesn’t seem worth the hype imo. It has to be something a bit new, premium (as far as they can do premium, I mean) and flagship in some way
Agreed. the hype makes it seem like some kinda world-beater (whatever it is). Not convinced thus far, especially with the harpsichord vibe in the last vid
I don’t know… they’ve sold a shitton of X and XR series mixers (and forever changed sound reinforcement in the process) so if what they’re hyping is an updated series in a new form factor, then I think that would be justified.
Sure. Could be a load of marketing bullshit too, of course. I mean, Model:Samples and Digitone Keys weren’t worth the hype either. Oh no he didn’t
Binblows Behrleblen.
Touchscreen mixer?? Ouch, i dont think that would be comfortable for small and accurate changes. Touchscreens are nice for non precision stuff. But i think it’s pretty hyped these days. Give me some knobs, faders and buttons instead!
Don’t forget Behringer did all that experimentation with augmented reality for a Deepmind UI a couple years back. Really seemed to me they had market intent with it, beyond the flash that it added to the shows.
I don’t know exactly how that connects with “WIN _ _ _” or the “30 years in the making”, but it would fit with all the hype they’re putting around this and the video somewhat.
Too bad the factory in Wisconsin idea is out.
Are you better with AR Ryan and all?
A fun idea, but not to discourage anyone from trying new things, but it was not a bell and whistle that anyone asked for or added anything to usability.
…almost.
30 years in the making + announcement politics of Behringer = a cloned Microsoft Windows 3.0
…the rebirth of a REAL classic
now we’re talking, I can’t wait to see how they’ve refined the almost constant crashing for the 21st century.

Could be the Behringer (Carl) Winslow.
Doesn’t really work with the alien technology theory, but at the same time, what we know about Carl Winslow may not be factually accurate.
After Behringer makes their factory, they’re going to rename it to WINsconsin(or perhaps WinconsWIN because it’s going to make the state the synth capital of the world, and everybody loves synths)
WIN… That can only mean one thing.
The Winniemoog!
WINNIE-the-MOOG !
