Congrats to the winners. And thanks again to Yabba.

I started two beats, from: Stevie Wonder Creepin and Al Green Call Me. Call Me led me to unusual measure signs.
I went for Creepin, but in the end snuck in a piece of Call Me.
This was not an easy one. I did not get the flow.
But wanted to finish anyway. Intro and outro were result of jamming + skipback.
Next to Creepin main synthsound, bass and vocals I used drumsamples and played some synthriffs on MC707 with skipback from SP.
Made on SP 404 mk2 but mixed in Cubase.
Mixing I can learn from you guys, I miss some clarity in my mixes. Can also be an arrangement issue. I used TDR Slick EQ M’s smart tool and also Ozone to get more balance. Used monitors for level balance, but low end will not work on those.

Not really HipHop, more ProgHop.
