Arpeggiator not working on Hydrasynth Desktop

Hi folks!

So the arpeggiator on my new Hydrasynth desktop isn’t working. When I turn it on, I can’t get any sound to come out of the pads. In addition to that, none of the pre-programmed patches that use the arpeggiator work. Does anyone have an idea about what might be wrong? I can’t find anything about it in the manual and I’m not finding similar issues on the web. Really hoping it’s a user issue and not a bum machine issue. Thanks!

Check the clock settings, try setting it to internal clock and see if it works.

Great. Another similar cause is the Arp being in Tap Trigger mode. That state gets stored with the patch.

Same issue, went to clock, sorted it out.
If you experience problems with internal arps and midi, 99% of the time its clock/sync settings
