The chart on page 13 of the manual shows the signal flow.
As a workaround, you could sample the signal source and play it from one of the drum voices through the distortion.

Ok, then it is possible to route it manually on the board, because Distortion is analog.
Do we have some smart guy who can mod it? 
this would be awesome indeed, also to use the analog compression.
